  BSS Stamping is a brand new technical breakthrough which is very similar to Fine Blanking but more cost-effective. With a customized progressive press and an experienced, professional team we created the BSS Stamping technology to manufacture the fine backing plates. On top of that, producing the tooling in-house gives us the crucial capability to make our fine backing plates meet strict tolerances and various customers’ requirements.   Based on more than 40 years of experiences in shoe core manufacturing we have our own way for welding. The welds are in special shapes which make the strength of the welds much stronger. We always meet the OE standard of welding strength.
